Intended Parents
As Intended Parent(s), whether domestic or international, your concerns start from the beginning of your journey including budgeting for the process and understanding the legal and procedural steps that are required along the way. As experienced professionals, we will support you with a hands-on approach, to ensure that you obtain a fair and enforceable agreement, to the extent permitted by the law.
We work with other acclaimed domestic and international fertility professionals who also ensure that all of our Intended Parents obtain legal parentage through a surrogacy arrangement that follows the legal requirements here in Canada, and also in their country of origin.
Surrogates
If you are a surrogate or are contemplating becoming one, traditional or otherwise, we can support your journey by providing legal representation. We answer all of your questions concerning the terms of your surrogacy agreement and support you through the entire negotiation process. We strive to negotiate a fair and well planned surrogacy agreement for your specific needs and take pride in addressing needs that you may not have even considered.
Donor Agreements
If you are an egg donor, or are contemplating becoming an egg donor, anonymous or known, we can support your journey by providing legal representation for you while negotiating your donor agreement. We have acted extensively for egg donors and understand the specific needs of your journey. With our experience, we will have insight into some specific concerns that you may not have even thought of when negotiating your contract.
Parental Declarations
If you are Intended Parents and you have almost reached the end of your journey, the birth of your beloved child is coming very soon. We will help you complete the very last and most important stage of your journey to obtain legal parentage. We will work with you, side by side, setting out each step in detail to ensure that you obtain the correct legal documentation in British Columbia. We also have an international network of fertility professionals who work with us to ensure that all of our Intended Parents obtain legal parentage through a surrogacy arrangement that follows the legal requirements in Canada and in their country of origin. We have worked very hard to ensure that our clients benefit from our experience by obtaining their parentage documents in the least amount of time and at the lowest possible cost to you.
